Chocolate Chip Bingo Cookies

Don’t expect these to stay around too long; they’re classic yet so delicious!!
There’s no doubt in why these cookies are so popular!

Ingredients:
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown soft sugar
- 1 cup soft butter
- 2 Beaten eggs
- 3 cups plain flour
- 3 cups Chocolate chips ( of your choice- white/milk/dark chocolate)
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- ¾ tsp baking soda
- ¾ tsp Salt
If you desire, then add 1 cup of chopped nuts of your choice!
Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C)
- In a bowl cream together the butter and the sugars and beat until light and fluffy.
- Stir in the eggs well and then the vanilla.
- Add the chocolate chips and nuts if you’re using them, into the mixture.
- In a separate bowl sift all the rest of the ingredients.
- Add the dry ingredients into the creamy mixture, stirring well.
- Line the tray with either parchment or wax paper.
- Drop a tablespoon of the dough onto the sheet making sure you leave about 2 inches away from each other.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and cool on wire racks.
I don’t think anyone could stop you from enjoying these cookies, they’re just fabulous!
